Thread: Bicep Cut

How could I bring the cut under the bicep out more, would I work the belly of the muscle? How would I do that. I have large bi's and have been working them hard for a while, but have never been able to bring that cut out.

A lot of it is genetics. I would think the only other way is to get you BF% low enough.

i think i am at 13%, cutting and losing bf is what i am focusing on now. Thanks.

I believe genetics have lots to do with it also - it's the same for washboard abs - some guys bust their ass and never see the whole 6-pack regardless of how they train or eat. One thing I have found that has helped my peak is "hitting the head" at the end of the bicep workout...It's an isolated exercise where your really focusing on the peak and you do isolated reps thus never giving the muscle a chance to rest. I usually do them with cables and moderate weight and they really burn like hell!
