Efficient Creation of A Six Pack
What is the most efficient way to obtain a six pack? Problem is that I'm in my bulking phase right now. What daily amount of abs should I put in?

If you do what BIG R said you will see bodyfat burn off. Then just do the reg exercises it is not tricky. Standard ab routine which is easy to obtain and is good. Stay focused and go for it. Good luck man!

If bulking it really is not partical to try to cut down at the same time. It can be done however you may not get the most out of bulking or cutting when trying to do them both. The guy's have already given you some good excerises to work with so I will not re-type any of them out. It is important to rememeber though, that abb routines while aidding in cutting somewhat are mainly for strentgh. Look toward your diet and your cardio routines to burn off the excess BF and you should be on your way to seeing those abbs jump right out at ya.

I've heard about this "topical fat burning gel" you place it over the body part in which you want to lose fat and it supposedly targets the fat from that area and loses it. I'm pretty skeptical about it, nor would I need it. It sounds too good to be true, and probably is.
