Aren't Asians genetically better desinged for lifting because shorter arms and and legs, that is whut my veitnamese friend told me who does olympic lifting

When people are talking about genetics and which race has the best genetics....you have to realize that there is alot more to a persons overall genetics than who has the most muscle. In the enviroment we live in today, muscles and vertical jumps are not that important. So, do not say "this race has the best genetics"

hmm.......Charles Arde and Eryk Bui are both Asian.......Charles i think is Phillipean descent and Eryk is Vietnam descent......i think Eryk has one of the best physique's in bodybuilding (IMHO...i like it because he is not all freakish looking like Ronnie/Jay)
