I load weight on them, go down slow, try to explode up. Sets of 5-8. Yes, I feel a little thing in my right elbow, but the more weight I add on, and the more I get into the exercise, the less I feel it.

When you do rope extensions you can really feel the burn and the blood rush once you come to complete extension.

I like skull crushers! Also kick backs with the cable work good for me, better than the dumbells do. Also can't ignore the dips!

    Favorite Tri Movements:
    1. Tate Press
    2. 3-5 Board CG Press
    3. JM's
    4. EZ BAr Extensions
    5. V-Bar Pushdown's
    6. Doing all ME work with Thumbs on the smooth
    7. Rolling DB's

A new one I am trying out is the Incline JM Press to Pins. Set the pins just above the head, with the bench at a 45 degree angle. Using a narrow grip, lower the bar, by allowing the elbows to travel forward and up. Allow the bar to slightly rest on the pins, then press in a straight line up.

How to perform the JM Press:
"The movement is a cross between a close grip bench press and a tricep extension. To begin you will need to be using a close or medium grip on the barbell. Unrack the weight the same way you would a close grip bench. As you begin to lower the bar, make sure the bar path is traveling torward you upper chest. Keep the elbows tucked and up. You will only lower about 1/2 the distance to your chest. the key is to make sure the barbell is slighty behind the elbows. That is the barbell should be closer to your head then your elbows. Pause for a split second and press the bar up fists first. you will know if you are doing it right if you feel it is the described area. "

Yeah those rock. I've always referred to them as a 2-hand french press, but others may call it something else.

Pull-over-press is another great movement that can really fry your tris. After you finish your set of P.O.P.'s do the same number of reps in just the press to get the burn flying through your arm. The best thing is you can go heavy or you can go light.

I am with the masses, skull crushers make the tri grow like nothing else. I founf something new, new to me anyway. Take the cable machine and bring the pully low like you were going to do low cable crosses. take the handle off. Bend over and do kickbacks with the cable. it is much more fluid than reg kickbacks, and it is constant tension. Works great! Also, I have reaad recently that tri's respond best to heavy weight low reps i.e. 5x5
