UGH... Injured, need help.
Well I just got back from the ER, found out I fractured my radial joint in my elbow. Doc is making me wear a cast for 6-8 weeks locked in the 90 degree angle position until it heals.
Does anyone have any advice or experience on how to train through an injury like this? Just got my bodyfat tested and im at 7.8% , not sure if i want to keep cutting... I was thinking, I can really focus on my leg and ab workouts now. But Im really not too happy that i wont be able to do any movments that require me to bend my elbow....
Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for your concern guys, I found out some GREAT news.
Saw the specialist today, and he removed the cast took more x rays and said its fractured but the pain im feeling is in the tendons themselves from the excess blood that was released and trapped in my joint as a result of a traumatic bone injury such as a fracture, meaning..
He expects me to "recover quickly" withing 2-3 weeks and right now im sporting an ace bandage instead of a huge arm cast... WHEW.
He also encouraged me to move my arm as much as possible and keep trying to get full range of motion back. Im one happy camper
