    cardio ?'s

    Ok guys I can run every morning when I first wake up and I am convinced that interval running is the way to go there to burn off some excess fat. My question is since I'm trying to put on some lean muscle without getting bulky and losing my cuts should I run some distance after my workouts 2-3 a week for 30mins???? I eat fairly clean but I'm eating a ton of calories a day to put on some size, I just don't want to lose my abs basically and I've already started to. Let me hear some opinions on what works best...interval running or distance and at what times of the day.

    LOL give it some time.

    If your running intervals your basically working on endurance and strength.

    Depending on your stats and BF% calculate your heart rate and stay in the target heart rate and you will just burn fat.

    I never run/jog over 35 mins post workout. i keep my TOTAL workout under 1 1/2 hours so i dont reverse what im trying to build
