one day is fine man your body cannot rebuild your muscles fast enough for this to be benifical to you. Unless you are taking high doses of L-Glutimine but still i dont think this will change that twice a day is too much
all i know is if you can, its good to run in the morning and lift at ngiht. yah know. That is ok
Some days I get bored and hit the gym a couple times.
if u are juicing and eating well go for it by all means as you will only maximise your gains
twice is aight if you jucing
but if your like the average joe
once is plenty
and rememba you grow while resting not lifting more often
Pressed is right, rest is just as important if not more partna, thats when you grow. Ive had days where i was so bored i went twice but you should be exhausting your muscles enough after one session. Juice or no juice

twice a day is too much wont give your muscles time to rebuild, you'll just be overtraining
depends. if you do chest in the morning and then do biceps at night
or back in the morning and calves at night, your training sessions will only be 30 min or so...shit, id i wasnt getting a job, id be all over that.
btw...this is only if you are on, cuz if au naturale, you will not recover..thats a promise.

two a days won't kill ya, i run in the mornings and lift at night and i've seen great results

Oh hell yeah!!! I do nothn but work out and sleep when Im on. Course I dont have a job (full time student not 17) so I have that luxury. When using Sus or Winny I have to or Ill start crying cuz I miss those shiny polished bars.
Lift at 11am
Nap at 3 for 2 hrs
Lift at 9pm
If your natural then no way. That was my problem when I was, sad to say.

If I'm feeling ambitious I'll go for a nice run in the morning, then lift later.
Other than that I wouldn't lift twice a day.. not till my juice comes anyway.
