Routine for Female
My girlfriend wants to start working out soon, but I don't know how women train differently from men. She wants to hit the gym 2 or 3 days a week, and do light cardio another 2 days. She is 21 5'5 130lbs. She wants to firm up and lose about 10lbs. ANy advice on a routine for her would be apprecaited. Thanks.

Well, anyway here's the 2 day routine I made up for her.
Monday: Thursday:
BB benchpress Leg extension
Pec-Dec Leg curl
Military Calf raise
Tri- pulldown Lat pull down
Crunch Conc. Curl
leg raise Rope twist
All exercizes done 3 sets of 10. This should take about 40 mins. After this is done there will be 20 mins. of cardio on the treadmill or bike.
