is it o.k. to do cardio in the morning and workout in the afternoon?
as i have posted before, i have just gotten back into the swing of things as far as working out. i have had many people tell me to do my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, because it will help me burn more fat. i usually workout in b/t shifts on the days when i work which are mon., tues., thur., fri., and then sat. i workout in the a.m., but is it o.k. to do my cardio in the morning before i go to work in the a.m. and then hit the weights in b/t shifts before i go back to work in the p.m. or should i just stick to hitting the weights in b/t shifts and doing cardio right after? i usually do the eliptical machine for about 20 minutes everyday that i workout.

they were right telling you that you will burn more fat am cardio on empty stomach.calories are used from stored fat for energy just eat protein meal afterward and train later also eating high protein after that session as well
