    bodyparts-once or twice per week

    start cycle in two weeks
    opinions, better to hit muscle group once per week with more sets, or twice per week but reduce volume?

    Work a group once a week with 3 sets.

    many of our bro's and sisters do this for max growth.
    Just started it myself and it feels wierd only doing each group once but really allows me to focus on what im trying to build and cuts my gym time.

    I have to agree once a week. I did the twice a week and was not growing as much, then I switched to once a week and boom, I started growing faster.

    already training bodypart once per week. continued once per week on first small cycle, now going to do larger cycle and thinking a higher training volume of twice weekly.

    check other post
    1x per week and less sets than you origionally did.
    muscle cells only can do so much and after they have been hit and all cells are trained each additional set is just overtraining which takes longer recoup,recover and grow. plus additional damage causes injury
