Is AR's workout program any good?
AR's 4 day workout program:
Is it any good?
have you tried it???
I have a 5day program, and I think it is a bit too much!
Therefore I wanna change it....
Please help me!!!
BTW, I am not on AS.

I run a four day program...I looked at it briefly but didn't like the leg routine. only 3 exercises..I have to do at least 3 for quads alone and then 2 for hamstrings. The set up seems okay..but here is mine for example
Monday Chest & bis
Wednesday Back & Tris
Friday Legs (Quads and hamstings)
Saturday Shoulders & Traps
I do calves on leg day and also on Monday with chest and bis
Abs Every other day.

wow my workout look the same exept doing calves with chest i do it only with legs

Your question is, is it good? I know that most people question others to see if it works for them, but in the end you need to see if it works for you, everybody's different. Even though it probably would work well.
