Then come over to the powerlifting forum here on AR and ask away! I have brought some serious talent over here to boost up the board a bit.

We currently have about 150 sanctioned meets between all of us there. We have State record holders, world record holders, and even the man with the biggest bench of all time (actually set this weekend) of 800.5 lbs!! You can see the video clip over there as we speak.

I myself have
8 State titles
Current National title ranked #1 by the APA 2 242lbs
4th in the WPO bench bash for cash ( pro meet)

One of my training partners has several state, national , and world titles,
The other partner is a mere 19years old and has like 4 state and 12 world records as a teen @220, and @242lbs.

We are not big fat guys!! (i know what the average guy thinks of powerlifters)! IN fact the guy who did 800 looks like a bodybuilder @290lbs.

The other 25 new guys there have titles and records i cant name everyones. My point is the experince is there. And wether your a bodybuilder or just a guy who want to improve one of his lifts the powerlifting forum is where you need to be. What guy doesnt want to improve his squat , bench , or deadlfit?? Come on!!
