Depends on your goals bro. Thats really only a question you can answer.
If your happy with your BF, then hit the grub and the weights for some bulk.

Ok i think i am going to bulk because I am hunger for fried food
the time to bulk is when you want to get big.
i usually bulk in winter do a cycle in oct-nov-dec to put mass on then lean it out for summer.
i'm 242 now and fairly lean-around 14%bf -planning on doing bulk cycle in oct trying to get to 250-255 area then lean out for summer with eq/winny cycle in may.plan on being 245 in may at 10-12%bf

Yeah when I bulk I go up 20 pounds
wish i could gain 20lbs
all the years of gear and training--my size now i'm happy when i gain 8lbs on a cycle--i dont think my frame can hold much more
