    sickness

hey fellas, just wanted to ask your opinion on working out if your sick?
i normally do two a days run in the morning and lift at night, well the problem is i'm sick now, do you think it'd be counter productive to do two a days while sick or even workout at all?
    thx for the input

    Hey bro

You should really answer that for yourself. You may get all kinds of answers to your question.

Your the one that knows if your too sick to workout.
I had a bad cold for a couple days and i didnt work out at all and i feel the time off allowed me to get healthy faster than if i was pushing myself to workout and heal up at the same.

I say get back to full health, or atleast back to where you can safely workout without screwing yourself up.

every thing in life puts a strain on the body and recoup abilities. when lifting it stresses the body. when you are sick it adds additional stress to body. like buddha said it depends on how sick you are but if really sick i dont train to allow body to get over sickness quicker

I'm really sick right now and I absolutely don't want to work out. I feel like complete shit. So I would say to get better before going back into the gym. But its all up to how you feel.
