Just recieved 30amps of Winstrol....Plz Help
I have some questions on how to get the most out of my investment... My goals are to tone up and shed some unwanted weight. I weigh about 248 and want to get to around 198. I am already in excellent cardiovascular condition ( Race Mountain Bikes ).
1) How often should I Inject?..(I heard every other day)
2) What kind of workout do you reccomend? ( Cardio to freeweight Ratio)
3) What kind of Diet? (Should I eat more carbs or protien)
