    sleeping question

    i know that i should sleep at least 8 hours but can i sleep lets say from 2 am to 10 am or its usless some guys in my gym say that i should sleep early example from 10pm to 8 am
    and 1 more question can i split my sleeping preiods during the day 6 hours then 2 hours

    Its best to sleep straight through, that way your body can cycle through all stages of sleep. The first cycle takes 90 mins and each cycle theirafter takes 60, so you need a good straight through sleep. As far as going to bed at 2am its not bad if thats your schedule. Find a sleeping schedule and stick to it.

    Yes, try and stick to a sleeping schedule regardless of when it is. I sleep 8 hours a night and feel energetic and motivated each day because of it. Any less and the day will be a drag.

    well now i will stick at this schedule 12 am to 9 am this is very good for me i tryed it yesterday and i felt very good the gym

    Farmer is right, gotta get in all the stages of sleep every night! I sleep 8.5 hrs a night on the same schedule. While trying to get in a few half hour power naps throughout the week, sometimes 2 hour naps on the weekend. Sleep is just as important as training.
