it all depends on you...sum people can get away with training a bodypart twice a week, and some people cant, personally i can do it, but i stay away from it, i dont want to overtrain the muscles, rest is the most important thing in building quality muscle.....
well when i train each muscle twice per week i feel very tired and i cant sleep
That is a sign of overtraining. You probably want to stick with once a week. Or maybe try to work each muscle group 3 times every 2 weeks. Which is more than once a week, but less than twice a week. This will allow you to get a little more in.Quote:

Try every possible situation to see what works best for you, and don't forget to eat and sleep as much as possible...both combat overtraining. :eat: :zzz: good luck!

I'd say stick to one bodypart per week. Make sure not to overtrain.
Yep definitely once a week, unless you know that you can get away with
twice a week.
