deadlift question

What is the best overall deadlift exercise? (i.e if u can only do one)

Romanian Deadlift
Sumo Deadlift
Stiff legged deadlift
conventional deadlift

They're all great!!!

I'd go for stiff leg myself but that's because I'm more of an isolation man than compound.

Thing to remember with d/l's is that they are very taxing, but effective. Don't expect to get too much else done in a workout if you hit d/l's hard!

Still Legged is great if you plan to work your legs on the same day. I like to do them as my final back workout and let them serve as my first leg workout, as well.

My favorite is the conventional deadlift though.
