it all depends on you...sum people can get away with training a bodypart twice a week, and some people cant, personally i can do it, but i stay away from it, i dont want to overtrain the muscles, rest is the most important thing in building quality muscle.....

well when i train each muscle twice per week i feel very tired and i cant sleep

Try every possible situation to see what works best for you, and don't forget to eat and sleep as much as possible...both combat overtraining. good luck!

I'd say stick to one bodypart per week. Make sure not to overtrain.

Yep definitely once a week, unless you know that you can get away with
twice a week.
