    6 sets is this enough?

    well i do 6 sets for my biceps and 6 sets for my tri is this enough ??this is my workout routine:

    biceps:i switch btw those 2 workouts:
    1-ez barbel curl:3 sets the last set is very heavy
    -seated dumble curl (45 degree):3 sets
    2 - pearchel barbel curl:3 sets last set very heavy
    -standing dumbel curl:3 sets

    triceps:
    -close grip:4 sets the last 2 sets are very heavy
    -1 arm extension or pushdown or kickback :2 sets

    yes, most people stay with 2 exercises 3 sets on arms =\

    I guess it all depends on if you're growing ... I was making my biggest gains when I was doing 4 exercises for 3-4 sets each ... I only do 2x3 now, but that's cause I'm scaling back upper body to let my legs catch up

    yes I believe it is enough

    I do 1 heavy bb curl set, 1 descending DB set (75xfailure, immediantly to 55xfailure, immediantly to 35 to failure, 15 to failure) and 2 sets of reverse curls 10 reps then 6 reps.

    Ive put 2 inches on my arms (16" to 18") in 1 year and a half, naturally
