abs three times a week, alternate high and low intensity cardio. Just keep your heart rate up. I have heard H.I.I.T cardio is great.
I do abs twice a week. Morning cardio with interval training (meaning sprint for 60 seconds/jog 60 seconds) is by far the most effective.
HIIT cardio IS the best!
HIIT Cardio all the WAY!!
