Hey everyone. I have a question about shrugs. I've been doing them for about 6 or so years now. I haven't done them in a while cause I took them out of my shoulder routine for a while, and my traps are a nice size too. Anyway, when I used to do shrugs I would do about 4 sets working my way up in weight and I would use heavy weight with them. And I would do high reps like within the 10-20 range. So, is that too many reps to do with high weight for shrugs or should I treat this exercise like others doing a 6-12 range? Anyway, I'd really appreciate it if anyone replies to this post. Thanks.
