okay technically, this is a work out question, would any of you consider mowing the lawn as cardio? it takes about 20-30 min with a pushmower. what do you guys think?

I remember when i was a kid and i used a pushmower, it got my sweat going, and if cheewing bubblegum burns 8 calories/hour...well you get the idea.
But would i use it as a replacement for cardio...we better wait until Mike_XXL answers he knows everything

If you have to push hard you could say yes its cardio, but you dont do it often enough to really replace cardio.

yeah iknow what you guys mean and i know that you guys know that cardio sux i was just trying to change it up a bit , your right red i dont have enough lawn to make it substantiol, ahh but what if i started my own lawn service ? hmm...

I think it would count as cardio, low intensity which i preffer anyway...i count sex as cardio, however that's high intensity...LOL...but very, very short...............................XXLSOURCE CHECKS ONLY FOR USERS WITH OVER 100 POSTS.
