    Question lookin 2 improve my workout,,need some help.

    since i cant work my legs due a foot injury id like to turn my leg time into upper body training,,but that means id have to change my hole routine..anyone got any programs in mind that would concentrate solely
    or mainly tha upper body

    You would get a few more post if you would move it to the workout board. You would first need to tell us what your workout looks like right now.

    i would not change my routine for upper body... it will be no good... and i think it will be counter productive too, i would do cardio in place of legs...

    he said he had a foot injury, so cardio isnt such a good idea....try spacing your workout time out more...like 1 on 1 off, or you could set a whole day aside for abs....do maybe 1 or 2 light ab workouts during the weeks, then do a killer workout on your sposed to be leg day....

    its up to u though...thats what i would do
