Want to bulk up alot, so i might end up decreasing the reps, and eventually, i will start doing the pyramiding way i do for my bi's for almost everything..
Will be starting a cycle that will look like this:
Weeks 1-11 Tornel T200 @ 800mg/week
Weeks 1-10 TT EQ @ 400mg/week
Weeks 1-4 TT & Russian Dbol @ 35-40 ED
Weeks 9-13 TT winny @ 50mg ED
Clomid theropy at week 13, day after last winny...300/100/50
Nolva on hand..
Stats: 5'11" 170-172lbs. 13%bf...looking to hit 200lbs..
-was up to like 188lbs. off of first cycle which wasnt really a well thought out cycle, since i didnt really know wat i was doin, its was T400 @ 800mg/week for 5 weeks, then T200 @ 400mg/week for 5 weeks...

Just one quick thing that you might want to do a little research on, some like it and of course others don't. That is, instead of training chest&tri's and back&bi's in the same sessions; some recommend doing the opposite. chest&bi's together and back&tri's together. The reason behind this is since your tri's become exhausted from working your chest and same with bi's and back, you work the opposite group since you'd be able to get more out of it. And of course you should always train the larger muscle group first.
I personally like this routine of push and pull groups, instead of push&push or pull&pull. It works great for me, so I thought I'd pass it along to you Bro. Just something I thought I'd throw at you in case you wanted to try it out.

also doing shoulders the day after chest is tough too bc your shoulders are used a lot when you bench
