    how many times a week?

    how many times a week do most people work there bi's out? i work them out once a week and i dont think its enough.

    Most fellas work a major muscle group one time a week, but very intensely. I have read alot of research and most suggest this. Muscles need stimulation as well as rest and recovery. This way the muscle hopefully get's both.

    twice, but you also work them if you do lat pulls, or sitting rows

    i work mine 2-3 times per month,try to do them 1x per week for about 6 sets---my arms are over 19" doing it this way

    thanks guys. i do eat a very suffiecent amount of protein 250-300g a day and i only weigh 134. i guess i might just be a little impatient or something.
