Hi!
I am new to the board. My name is Kevin and I am 6'2" and about 180 lbs. I am hopefully going to start working out at a gym. I have used the weight set that have at my house but not much. I hope to start working out in about a month (Gotta get JOB 1st). Do you guys have any tips for a starter like me
I also have a question about how to get ride of a gut... I use to not have one cause I played a lot of hockey but those days are over . I was wondering if running a mile or 2 each day would help me out at all... I am also would love some tips on what type of foods would be good for me to eat (college student and my family is a fast food Family and I am sick of it )....
If you have any other tips feel free to post I would love to hear them

One more thing
I wanna get to about 190 or something like that. I would love to get any tips or sites that can help me.
