HIIT cardio, results tips etc appreciated
Im doing this routine along wtih a 1500cal diet (150g protein, no carbs, high efa):
10min jog
10mins of 30sec jog, 30 sec sprint, all for 10mins.
TOTAL = 20 MINS OF A SWEAT BREAKING WORKOUT.
Considering what im doing, along with xenadrine efx that supposedly doesnt work, how fast should i slash bodyfat? Also, any tips?

hmmmm... dont jog for 10 minutes.... right now your only doing 10 minutes of HIIT!!!!
you should give it your all for 15-20 minutes

Well I am not sure how fast you will see fat loss or how much. When I was doing this style of cardio I did it a little different because I was using it to build up endurance faster but I did see some good fat loss. I would Start out jogging 200 meters, then sprint 100meters, then jog 200meters, then sprint 100 meters, etc. I always started with 200 meters jogging and ended with 200 meters jogging. I would just increase the amount of sprints in between. I really liked this because it helped with my endurance and fat loss.
