    working out 5 hours apart?

Sorry shawny i know this is really similar to your post, i just didnt want to take over yours. But has anyone heard about working out hard, then coming back 5 hours later? I heard a rumor that your muscles take 5 hours to rebuild. so if you hit them hard again as they start to rebuild, then they will come back twice as strong/big as they normally would.

    anyone back this up?

It all depends on different factors. Like how much you rest at other times and how much volume you do at a time.Twice a day workouts can be very effective. It is normally done morning and evening. In high frequency training people work out as much as 8 times over 4 days, working everything 4 times. Although usually it is less than this.

You think that's bad, you should have seen my last one. I just think this one is funny. It's just a cat with a lion cut. I don't know if people get done for style sometimes. But it's what they do if a cat gets a lot of bad mats. That one doesn't look old or fat though. The picture is called "shaved *****". It's more amusing if you know the title I guess.
