What type of squat stance do you use?
I typically keep my feet a little wider than shoulder-width and my toes pointing directly forward. How wide of a stance do you use when squatting? Also, do you keep your toes pointed straight or outward? Does pointing your toes outward place more load on the inner quad area?
thanks.matty

I use a shoulder-width stance too and toes usually pointed forward, tho I have heard that toes out/in works the inner/outer quads similar to calves

take a wide stance...point toes out...keep your ass back, chest and head up.... take it downtown..in the hole...there is only one way to squat

I use an ultra wide stance, 60" between the outsides of my feet.
