Why do you do pull ups so often? I wouldn't think that 1 set of 10 would be considered overtraining, but IMO I'de just do 3-4 sets of 10 on my back day.

I think pullups are one of the best back exercises next to deadlifts. They are very underrated and underutilized. Most people don't do them becasue they are very difficult.

Ten clean deadhang pullups is great!

Stick with them and maybe make them part of your regular back routine!

If pull ups are such a great back exercize, and are comparable to deadlifts, then I would definetely think that doing them everyday would be overtraining the back. I agree that pull ups are an excellent back exercize, and are very difficult to do. This said, I wouldn't want to do any difficult back exercizes on non back days. Let your back rest as much as possible just like any other muscle in the body. The back is still governed by the rules of overtraining.
