    Exclamation I need some help

    I've been working out for a few years on and off. I really need a program that I will see results with. Can anyone elp me out with a program and supplement program to get me going in the right direction? I weigh 150 and my strength is low right now.

    Hit the basics hard, eat lots and lots and get as much rest / sleep as you can. Drink plenty of water too.

    As for supplements a decent protein powder, multi vit-min tablets and creatine are the steadfasts.

    You might considering using my diet and training website - If you keep your diet and training logs updated you'll be able to get other trainers to look over what you are doing and make much better recommendations based on this information. Just a thought.
