    Smile Ass help for girlfriend.

    My girlfriend wants to know what are the best exercises for the butt. To make it more firmer and plump. She has kind of a small ass and wants it fuller. Any suggestions?

    Just curious are their any injections or something that can be used?

    Personally I do lunges, stair climber, and I use the butt-blaster in the gym.

    Just about every gym has the butt blaster. Never see to many people use it. And if I do it the women that use it. Seen a guy do it too.

    I always read the fitness girls recommending lunges.

    You could use the total hip machine,.. and get her to hyper extend the femur.

    My girl friend is always trying to plump her rear. Like little girl said she uses deadlifts, butt blaster, and like everyone else said, SQuat Squat Squat till ya drop!

    I hate to disapoint you, but I'm a small butt woman and I have done all - squats heavy - 6 to 8 reps and light lots of rep, lunges, step ups, dead lifts, reverse hacks, my butt just doesn't grow. My legs grow with heavy squats but I can't see mu butt growing. My trainer told me that for taller longer legged people squats hit mostly the legs. She can get better shaped butt though...

    How about changing our footing? Wide stance with toes turned out a bit and going deep? That gave me a huge squatters butt so I don't do em anymore.

    Does your gym have a Gauntlet (sp?). I'm not sure if that is the proper word or not but its a certain kind of stair climber. Not all gyms have them but they do wonders.
    If she tries to work her way up to 30 min to 40 min even only 3 days a week on this thing... it would really show a difference. Along with her lunges, box jumps and deep squats.
    I always get much harder in my butt and quads when I use this on a regular basis. I just joined a new gym this week and they have 2!

    Lifestyles about 3 miles down the road from Bally's. But I do know a few people over at Bally's.

    babyweight, yeah lifestyles is a nice gym. Bally's is OK. The manager plays the worst music though. My wife likes bally's, but I want to join powerhouse. A few people I work with go to bally's.

    mass - my girl has seen awesome results with the stiff legged deads and lunges.

    Powerhouse is the shit...I was there for 7 years...Got my best results there. Only too far to drive...But they have the best price in town...
    $225 a year for me and that is with a 24 hour key.


    Mass ripped...don't know if I can find a pic. If anyone else knows where to get a pic, please post. I will try though.
