    Big Kev's WORKOUT QUESTION

    Day 4-arms(superset tris and bis)

Straight barbell curl-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
    Skull crushers-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
    Dumbellcurls-3 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Cable pressdowns-3 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps

I notice that on arm day (as shown above) it says to super set these exercises...

so does that mean I go from Straight Barbel curls to (without rest... hence making it a superset) Skull crusher then rest... and thats one set... and do that again 3 more times to complete the 4 sets...

and then do the same for the last two exercises?

or is there a dfferent way?

    thanks

i say give it a try either way u really can't go wrong, IMO someone else's routine is only as good as u make it, most ppl tend to change a routine according to their preferences anyways, i.e subsituting ezbar curls for straight bar if u have bad wrists, plus an inifinite # of possibilities

I'm with Diesel on this, 1st 2 then the 2nd 2. Doing all 4 together before resting would be considered a giant set .. which of course you could do as well, but I wouldn't recommend doing giants every week.
