Which split do you like the best???
Ok, here are three splits Ive come up with. One thing that I don't know of , is if I want to train arms by themselves, or with another body part. I dont' do bi's with back, since after back I'm so totally exhausted I want to lay down. I also don't know if doing shoulders is a good idea with chest. Anyway, I'm going to be taking 500mgs of enanthate a week so I'm sure that will make a difference in my recovery time. Here goes.

Traps
As you can see, I'm not sure whether I want to stick shoulders with chest or tri's with chest. Or if I want to do a day with just arms. Do most of you guys do arms on a single day or mix and match bi's and tri's with chest and back? Is shoulders with chest a bad idea?
