    Which split do you like the best???

    Ok, here are three splits Ive come up with. One thing that I don't know of , is if I want to train arms by themselves, or with another body part. I dont' do bi's with back, since after back I'm so totally exhausted I want to lay down. I also don't know if doing shoulders is a good idea with chest. Anyway, I'm going to be taking 500mgs of enanthate a week so I'm sure that will make a difference in my recovery time. Here goes.

    WHAT IM CURRENTY DOING:
    Legs
    Chest
    Back
    Tri's
    Bi's
    Shoulders
    Traps

    Splits I'm thinking of changing to:
    Chest/Shoulders
    Back
    OFF
    Traps
    Bi's/Tri's
    Legs
    OFF


    Chest/Tri's
    Back
    OFF
    Legs
    Shoulders
    Bi's
    Traps

    Chest/Shoulders
    Back
    OFF
    Legs
    Tri's
    Bi's
    Traps


    As you can see, I'm not sure whether I want to stick shoulders with chest or tri's with chest. Or if I want to do a day with just arms. Do most of you guys do arms on a single day or mix and match bi's and tri's with chest and back? Is shoulders with chest a bad idea?

    Why do you do traps on a seperat day?

    i'm glad you asked, to get them to grow, at all, I have to beat the shit out of them. Completely. I mean I have to throttle them. It takes alot from me when I do it, so I put it on its own day.

    so maybe your over training your traps? I do one set of shrugs and my traps grow awesome..if only my chest would do the same =\

    Ya, you could be over-training your traps. I do 3 sets dumbell shrugs, then 3 sets barbell shrugs. Also, behind the neck presses do wonders for the traps. Throw these all in your shoulder day, and your traps should start to grow. As for splits, the one I'm on now feels great.
    Monday- Chest
    Tuesday- Shoulders
    Wednesday- back
    Thursday- Bi's Tri's
    Friday- Legs
