Good workout for forearms?
For the past few weeks I've got a sharp pain in my forearm to elbow every time I do Bi's and tri's. It even happens with dumdbell curl preacher curls and just about everything. And even with flat bench press it hurt not when I work out the musle but when I'm done and about to take my hands off the bar. Any good workout for forearms would be great.

forearms : wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, reverse curls, hand-grippers, rice buckets
what type of grip are you using ? power grip or regular (thumb over). use the power grip (basically don't wrap your thumb around the bar) - this will help develop strength while doing whatever exercise.

Try doing heavy deads without straps.Helped me more than direct excercises like wrist curls.

Heavy dead what is that? And also I get a better workout if I wrap my wrist.

Dead is deadlift, and wrapping your wrists takes the weight of your forearms, so don't wrapp( Wrapping them with straps, go ahead and wrapp them with tape if you like) them and you will get a pump on your forearms.
