over head extensions. That way the muscle is slightly stretched already. Following the force-length relationship, that part will create more force.

I find that Kickbacks work the inner part of your triceps pretty good

that's not a really good picture of the entire tricep. looks like you've got a pretty decent lateral head, same as myself. it's the long/medial head of my triceps that arent that well defined.

yes, the lateral, long, and medial ... looks like your lateral is good, can't see the medial from that angle ... refer to this link for a drawing and more exercises: tricep anatomy

    A few exercises -

Lying 45 degree tri extensions - All heads are hit hard
High cable tricep extensions -laterial head is hit harder than the others
Reverse grip pressdowns (palms up) - laterial head is hit harder than the others

This shit is copied out of a m&f mag.

There were others but I am not sure i agree with them.

im pretty sure my lateral head is "there" (not as much as assassinator, but none the less my strongest of the 3) and the other day i tried double tricep extensions while sitting and that was 2 days ago and the back of my arm, long and medial heads are still feeling it. Im gunna keep doing those and hopefully find the other 1/2 of my horse shoe. Give those a try mabey?
