i have been reading up on them lately. here is the basic philosophy. anyone can correct me if i am wrong. Mike believed that as a bodybuilder gets stronger he should do less and less sets. he believes that a beginner can grow from just about anything, but as the weights get heavier to avoid overtraining one uses less working sets. how he prepred for his last Mr. Olympia was crazy. he worked out like 30 minutes a day doing no more than one working set for each excersize. you can find alot of his philosophy on the net. just search.
