Thread: quad help?

the Rectus Femoris (middle) and Vastus Medialis (inner) heads are coming along nicely, but I can't seem to hit the Vastus Lateralis (outer) muscle correctly ... I'm doing hack squats, leg presses, and leg extensions ... what can I add or modify to hit that damn Lateralis?

Lunges and legpresses should do.

ahhh - lunges ... hate 'em but I guess I hafta do 'em ...
