Can you turn fat into muscle

I never heard a clear answer on this. I was wondering if anyone can give me a good explanation about this. Thanks.

    Cool

Not hardly. If we were able to, wouldn't we lose alot of muscle if we got liposuction?

Fat is stored energy. Which is why cardiovascular exercising is recommended to burn fat (i.e., stored energy).

Muscle is more of a fiber and cannot be produced as fat can.
