flat bench fly's 3x6-10, incline press 3x6-10, flat bench 3x6-10, cable crossovers....what are you doing now and what do you want to accomplish?

right now im just coming off an injury, so i havent been able to go heavy on my bench. And i have always had problems with bench, weakest part of me.

    bench 4sets up 4-10
    incline 3-8
    flys 3-8

I would suggest substituting deep dips (eventually weighted) for decline bench to see some great results.

It looks like you have the basic stuff down maybe focus alot on form and doing good sets, and eat alot, if you want to gain....once your form is good then add weight...

    Cool

Without juicing, I've always been weakest with my pec training too.

Since you're recouperating from an injury, take it light for awhile.
Go with dumbell presses (flat, incline, decline) or Smith machine presses.

I think you know the rest as far as flyes and crossovers.
