I heard somewhere that I can do abs 5-7 times a week, is that true. I just started doing situps of different types 2 weeks ago, and now am hooked on doing them till I got a perfect 6pack... Any info would be great.. On some nights I do 3-6sets, and on other nights I do 10-12sets... Any exercises work great? Is it good to add weight and do less reps for abs, like 6-10reps?? Or is doing 50-100 situps better..
