How often can I do abs a week???
I heard somewhere that I can do abs 5-7 times a week, is that true. I just started doing situps of different types 2 weeks ago, and now am hooked on doing them till I got a perfect 6pack... Any info would be great.. On some nights I do 3-6sets, and on other nights I do 10-12sets... Any exercises work great? Is it good to add weight and do less reps for abs, like 6-10reps?? Or is doing 50-100 situps better..

2 muscles you can work everyday. calves and abs!.... but your not gunna hear that from a BB point of veiw!

I treat abs just like any other muscle in the body, so I train it like every other muscle. I go heavy; 12-15 reps. And I only work it out once or twice a week tops. If you're doing light exercises, I would say it wouldn't hurt to do it everyday. But if you wanna go heavy, stick to once a week.
