Is It True That.....
Jogging burns fat and weight lifting burns glucose?

hmm, all i know is that they both burn calories. appearently weight lifting burns more calories in the long run though...

Well, it takes a certain amount of time to burn up glucose in your blood to start burning fat.
So to answer your question. They both do both.

Depends. If you run after fasting for awhile, your insulin levels will be balanced out so if you run at a low intensity, it'll primarily use fat/glucose for energy.
With weighlifting though, for every pound of muscle you put on, you burn between 50-100 extra calories a day.
