    is this true or not plz read

    i heard that if you jack off then when you lift you cant gain as much than if you never jack off b/c if u dont jack off your test levels are much higher or something is this true?

    i don't think if you jack off or not its going to have any effect on your gains. Just wash your hands before you go to the gym, people don't want you man paste over the equipment

    i actually heard of many pro athletes not having sex (or in ur case no jacking off, jk) the day before a big game to keep their test levels up... it could be just superstition i dont know. i think u have more of a "drive" if u havent just busted a nut, i dont think it would have an effect on ur gains, just how hard u work in the gym

    I think the althlete thing is to stay focused on the game not because of test levels.
