hey! bro's need help here, i've been waking up in the mornings, and i'm FLAT, i looked into my diet, supplement intake and its spot on, but for about 2 weeks now, i'm battling to sleep at night, and to get up, shit, it's bad!
wait a minute... i changed my workout routine to Big Kev's about 2 weeks ago, maybe is this the problem, could this be it?
i've noticed since the change in routine, i'm lot more "sore" the next day... could it be?

give it at least 6 weeks before you see good results....
