    shrugs on back day or shoulder day?

    well i always done them on back day, but new work out partner says it for shoulder day.

    i use todo traps with shoulders

    but i just recently switched up my split, so Im doing them with back now.

    I do shoulders and then they git hit again on back with deads....

    I kinda like it cuz when I do arms when Im fresh, it just seems like I get a killer workout.

    my old routine looked just like ur original,but now i run
    bi/tri
    chest/shoulders
    back/legs
    forearm/cardio

    I do them on back day. Traps are on your back.
