    Innter/Upper Pecs

    I'm happy with the way everything is coming along expect my inner/upper pecs. I have tried a lot and it just doesn't seem to be hitting those areas hard. The best I feel for my inner is close grip bench. I don't feel it in my upper chest at all when I do incline presses and flys.

    Anybody have any advice on how you do these exercises or other exercises for these areas?

    Try incline cable fly's.......

    Thanks I'll give it a shot. What level should I have the pullys at?
