    Question on a workout

    I want to know if I should workout my fore arms. I noticed Since I been training Heavy with my Biceps That my fore arms have been getting tight and limiting my Bicep exercises. So should I train my Fore arms with my Biceps to try and strengthen them? Any Ideas? Let me know >>>PLEASE!!!!

    Your forearms should not get burned out doing bicep exericses. If they do you need to pay strict attention to form. it is very easy to cheat many bicep exercise and bring forearm deltoids and even back into play. and yes you should devot work out time to forearms.

    i make sure i do forearms once a week just like anything other muscle. I actually work them pretty hard. I try not to use straps also to improve my grip. Also Farmers walks i believe they are called really give you a forearms pump and improve grip
